Hello spooky people,

Here we are at Week 3 of our 31 Days of Spooky Symbols. Each day, we looked at the different fears we carry and the hidden messages inside of them.

This week’s theme was a twist on the fear factor. What if things we fear aren’t really something to fear at all, if we stand in our power?

Below, you’ll find the next set of symbols, each with a quick link to its corresponding post. And for paid members, there’s a bonus set of reflections and a creativity ritual to help you witness these inner villains and send them love.

Day 15: The Dark Forest

Day 16: Owls

The owls are not what they seem (when fears magnify) [Read here]

Day 17: The Haunted Marionette

When someone else has the strings (fear losing our autonomy) [Read here]

Day 18: The Spider

The power of not letting others define you [Read here]

Day 19: The Tower of Terror

It’s my favorite ride at Disney, but I don’t like when anxiety makes my thoughts bounce up and down [Read here]

Day 20: Ancestor Altars

Remembering your loved ones this season [Read here]

Day 21: The Mask

We think of the mask as something we hide behind, but what if we thought of it as a way to try on new “selves” [Read here]
