Day 14: The Star
Purpose.
A star reminds us of our purpose, our meaningful work in life. It helps us discover our passions and define what is meaningful to us, personally and professionally. Our purpose is our North Star, and those values we’ve talked about at length this month are the tools we need to help keep us calibrated as we head towards that true north.
My 2026 values for my business are helping others, kindness, imagination, spirituality, and meaningful work. I have similar values for my personal life. Knowing both sets of values helps me make decisions that keep me in balance.
Part of my purpose involves the gift of giving guidance where our human minds tend to trip us up. My purpose is to hold and incubate difficult topics and hard transformational processes, giving them warmth.
Finding meaning and purpose in our lives helps us to feel alive and connected to the world around us. As you embark on a new year, take time to reflect on what makes life meaningful to you.
